Our story
About Nick's Automotive
Nick's Automotive is a family-run repair shop on Avenue 45 in Indio, where honest work and fair pricing are the whole reputation we're building on. Customers tell us the same thing again and again: we say what's wrong, we fix it right, and we don't pad the bill.
When a customer's Jeep started overheating halfway through a drive from Orange County, Sal and Nick were at her house within the hour to take a look, then had the car fixed and back to her the same night. That's the kind of shop we run: fast diagnostics, same-day turnarounds when the job allows, and a willingness to meet you where you are.
Most of our new customers come from someone we've already helped. That word of mouth, brakes done in an afternoon, a stranded driver picked up and taken care of, is what keeps the bays full.
- Same-day repairs when parts allow
- House calls for stranded customers
- Honest pricing, no upsells
- Built on repeat referrals
What customers say
“Awesome experience! I dropped off, and picked up my 2016 Honda Odyssey in less than 6 hours! Front and rear brakes/new rotors and switch as good as new! We found our new mechanic and have already referred someone else. Honest work and fair pricing.”
“These guys saved my girls trip and my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Half way through my drive from OC my car started over heating. I called them 1st thing Sat morning and spoke with Sal. Within an hour of our call Sal and Nick were at my house checking out my car. I ended up getting it towed to the shop and these guys got it fixed and back to me Sat night. Nicest guys and so accommodating. I would use them again and would refer anyone in the area to use them.”
“Sal at Nick's Automotive was amazing to work with. Quickly got the problem diagnosed and repaired for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back here for all my future repairs.”
